Mobile Food Truck/Food Vendor Days of Operation:
Tuesday, July 27 – Saturday, July 31, 2021 (11 AM – 11 PM)
Sunday, August 1, 2021 (11 AM – 8 PM)
Festival Square (Former OSBN Lot) 2505 N. 24th Street

Non/Food Vendor Days of Operation:
Wednesday, July 28 – Saturday, July 31, 2021 (Noon to 8 PM)
Festival Square Market (Bryant Center Basketball Court) 2417 Grant Street

Application Deadline:

Complete and return APPLICATION to info@nativeomahadays.org on or before Friday, July 9, 2021.

If approved, we will contact you to arrange for payment.

 

Please read the information carefully. Incomplete applications will not be accepted and may delay process.

* Security Deposit Note: All vendors must cease operating @ 8 PM and off the premises by 9 PM. Vendors on the premises after 9 PM will be assess an additional $50 fee for every 30 minutes remaining on the festival grounds and risk the opportunity to participate at future festivals.

Waiver of Liability: The Vendor shall defend, save and hold harmless the Native Omaha Days Organizing Committee and their respective officers, agents, board members, staff, volunteers, sponsors and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, liability or expense which may arise, and shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage due to fire, accident, theft, weather, acts of God, vandalism or any other loss or injury whatsoever or not specifically described therein, whether past, present or future. Booths are not insured by the Native Omaha Days Organizing Committee or any sponsoring agents. Vendors must make provisions for safeguarding their goods. Vendors must have replacement cost insurance for all personal property. Vendor assumes full liability for protecting, care and maintenance of vendor property.
